1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tuckii, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2License to Use the App

Tuckii grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Tuckii works without an account — your saved links are stored locally on your device.

3Your Content

You are responsible for the links and content you save in Tuckii. The content you save stays on your device; you control it, including exporting it as a backup or deleting it at any time. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.

4Subscriptions & Payments

Tuckii may offer premium features through a subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to store or share links to content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or technical features of the App or its services.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, overload, or impair our services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.

6Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tuckii and its licensors. Our name, logo, and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that link previews fetched from third-party websites will always be accurate or available.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tuckii, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained Tuckii from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, except where these Terms provide otherwise.

10Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. We may update or discontinue the App, or stop offering certain features, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
